Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Shipping fee: $12.95 USD
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (except certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium golf equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Golf grips (once installed or removed from packaging)
- Used shoe accessories
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Practice balls showing signs of use
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Details of item(s) to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Your contact information
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Affix the provided return label (US) or follow international return instructions.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Our quality team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification about:
- Approval and refund processing
- Exchange item preparation
- Any issues requiring follow-up
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product
- We’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties
- We recommend using your local postal service with tracking
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees
