At Quality Golf Equipment Store, we stand behind our premium golf equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Some items may have different return requirements as noted below.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf grips (once installed or removed from packaging)
- Shoe accessories that have been used
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Practice balls that show signs of use
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
To begin the process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all accessories and documentation. Affix the provided return label (for US returns) or follow the international return shipping instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification when:
- Your return is approved and refund is being processed
- Your exchange item is being prepared for shipment
- There is an issue with your return that requires follow-up
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error. For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
If you’re exchanging an item:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product
- We will ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
- We recommend using your local postal service with tracking
